Pre-Placed Metal Dome Arrays                           

At LIBERTY, we offer all types of metal domes preplaced in either a single line of domes or multiple domes into an array, die cut to specification, and shipped conveniently to you on a reel. Applications using this method are usually high in volume.  Tolerances using this method of our highly automated process are +/- .005" from dome to dome and for dome to die cut features.  Trip force tolerances across the entire array are the highest in the industry at +/- 10 grams, giving you an extremely consistent feel from dome to dome. If your application requires an ESD layer, our patented process integrates it into the design rather than using a secondary process like printed silver inks or sprayed on aluminum which are more costly and can be contaminating to your circuit after die cutting.
